Pat Bohse
President
A human resource and management consultant with more than three decades of experience working with non-profit organizations and government agencies, Pat holds academic credentials in Business Administration, Non-profit Management and Sociology and is a catalyst for change and a champion for effectiveness - whether in individuals or across organizations.
At the core of Pat's interaction with clients is her commitment to build community. Her dedication to helping others includes providing services related to Board development, teambuilding, fundraising, staff development, marketing and volunteerism. She also has a proven track record providing grant research and writing services.
As a former executive in the New York - New Jersey area, she has directed organizations ranging in size from 40 to 500 staff members. Pat believes an organization's people are its most valuable asset.
One of her specialties is Aging Services, and her background in administration, nutrition, finance and programming has led to her current position as Association Manager for New Jersey Area Agencies on Aging Association (NJ4A), comprised of the State's 21 County Offices on Aging. Pat assists the Association with strategic planning, meeting faciliation and general operations; she also sits on the Board of the National Association of Nutrition and Senior Programs (NANASP).
Also in the field of Aging, Pat's extensive network of associates has national, state and local experience with access to Medicaid, Medicare, attorneys, financial planners as well as nutritionists. She has been a featured speaker at numerous national conferences on aging, including regular appearances at NANASP events.
Pat is the President of Bohse & Associates, a management consulting firm based in New Jersey. She is a nationally recognized speaker, a member of the National Speakers Association and a Past President and founding member of the New Jersey chapter. Pat is a member of Grant Professionals Association and NY/NJ Grantwriters Network. She is also an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck.
